1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective or faulty
- The item delivered is different from what was ordered
- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Electrical and electronic parts once installed or connected
- Engine internal parts once opened or fitted
- Lubricants, oils and chemicals
- Special order or custom-ordered parts
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and not installed
- All original packaging, labels and accessories must be included
- The item must be in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Repair, diagnosis and labour charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Motorcycle spare parts are model-specific.
Please confirm your bike model, engine capacity and compatibility before placing your order.
Jibel Motor Services is not responsible for incorrect orders made by customers due to wrong model or specification selection.
10. Damaged Items on Delivery
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos to enable us to assist you promptly.
